My two lovely neighbours who my Pippin used to go to were due to come for coffee and mincepies this morning but rang to say they were both bad with coughs and sneezes. And I had baked a batch too of mincepies. I have to call round and see them on Christmas Eve so will take them a few if I haven't eaten them by then.

Sue hows things your way Roads are bad here but slight thaw today

Fair bit of snow yesterday Mr. G which fell on top of the frozen snow from last week. I live on the main A548 and that is clear but the pavements and garden and driveway full of snow.

Yes pour in a liberal (that means hefty) helping please Stan. I blooming well need it now. I have just swept and brushed up my drive and put weedkiller down as well. All the washing is on the line - have cleaned the inside of the oven as I didn't do that last week and just settling down for a drink. I am &&**(()()_ now.

Do you lot mind......if I don't do the work there is no one else to do it. I was thinking about weeding but thats as far as it got. The ground is too wet to walk on. I am sitting down just writing letters and thats worn me ot too, not used to actually writing lol
